Provide and maintain the Power Practices service
Track your progress across the 5 Power Practices
Calculate statistics, streaks, and PowerPoints
Sync your data across devices
Send you sprint reminders and progress updates (if you opt in)

HealthKit Data

If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit:

We only read data you explicitly authorize (steps, sleep, mindfulness)
We do not write any data to HealthKit
HealthKit data is never sold or shared with third parties
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings

Data Storage and Security

Your data is:

Stored securely on Railway's cloud infrastructure
Encrypted in transit using HTTPS
Protected by industry-standard security measures
Accessible only to you through your authenticated account
