A sprint is a focused 6-week commitment to building your Power Practices. You set your goal level (Standard or Comeback), and the app tracks your daily progress across all 5 pillars. At the end of 6 weeks, you can review your results and start a new sprint.
Standard sprints use higher daily targets (10,000 steps, 8 hours sleep, etc.). Comeback sprints use more manageable targets (7,500 steps, 7 hours sleep, etc.) designed for people who are rebuilding their foundation or just getting started.
You earn 1 PowerPoint for each Power Practice that meets its daily goal. If you hit all 5 goals in one day, you earn 5 PowerPoints. PowerPoints help you track consistency and celebrate your wins.
Yes! Power Practices can read your steps, sleep, and mindfulness data from Apple HealthKit. Go to Settings to connect HealthKit. We never write data to HealthKit - we only read what you authorize.
Missing a day doesn't end your sprint. The app will show you how to catch up through the "Pace Indicators" that tell you what you need to do to get back on track. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Strength is tracked weekly - 3 sessions per week is the target. Each day you can log whether you completed a strength session. The app tracks your weekly total.
Your sprint goals are locked once you start to maintain consistency. However, you can cancel your current sprint and start a new one with different goals if needed.
Annual Tracking lets you view your progress over a full year. You can choose between Calendar Year (Jan 1 - Dec 31) or Rolling 365 days (from your account anniversary). This helps you see long-term trends and patterns.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
